• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

You'll be working with a Private Wealth team in a San Diego Branch office where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
Your skills and experience
• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Diego min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
