Operations & Client Services Coordinator

Beacon Davenport

Bellevue, WA • On-site

$22 - $25/hr

Full-time

Posted 3 days ago

Job description

About Beacon Davenport:
Beacon Davenport is one of the Puget Sound’s most established home staging companies — transforming properties for 1,300+ homes per year and serving 800+ real estate broker clients across the Seattle–Eastside market. We operate from a design-forward facility in Bellevue that houses our curated decor gallery and an adjacent creative studio. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, people-first Operations & Client Services Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our team.
About the role:
This is a high-volume environment where no two days look the same — if that energizes you, you’ll fit right in. You’ll own the coordination of staging projects from first inquiry through installation and removal, keeping clients informed, schedules tight, and the team in the field moving smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Project coordination from inquiry to completion:
  • Manage staging projects end-to-end in our project management system — from initial client inquiry through installation and removal. Track status, keep records accurate, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Client & broker communication:
  • Be the primary point of contact for sellers, agents, and broker partners. Respond promptly, communicate clearly, and represent Beacon Davenport’s reputation with every interaction.
Scheduling & calendar management:
  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple ongoing projects, keeping field installation and removal teams in sync. Manage calendars using Google Workspace and handle logistics in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Invoicing & billing support:
  • Assist with client invoicing, billing documentation, and financial record-keeping. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Social media & marketing support (as needed):
  • Collaborate with our creative team on social content and client marketing materials when capacity allows.
What we’re looking for:
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss.
  • Warm, professional communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and colleagues.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment where priorities shift and deadlines are real.
  • Proactive self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told — you see the gap and you fill it.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and willing to learn our project management/CRM platform.
  • Prior administrative or operations experience preferred; real estate, staging, or design industry experience is a bonus — not a requirement.
Why Beacon Davenport:
We’re a well-established company with deep roots in the Seattle real estate community — and a team that genuinely takes pride in what we do. You’ll work in a beautiful, design-forward environment in Bellevue alongside a creative and driven team. For the right person, there’s room to grow here over time.
This is a full-time, in-office position during regular business hours. No remote option. If you’re someone who loves being in the middle of the action, building relationships, and keeping complex operations running smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.

Pay:  $20–$25/hr
