You'll play a critical role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. Development and growth are at the core of this role. In the Branch Network at Schwab, you have both a clear growth path as well as endless opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your expertise. Although licensing isn't required for the role, Schwab will support you to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with your career goals. What you have
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
  • While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
  • Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
