Opensity Solutions is seeking a polished, service-driven Client Relations Supervisor to lead a high-performing workplace services team within a premier corporate law firm in Washington, DC. As the Client Relations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approximately six employees across multiple service lines, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a seamless workplace experience. The ideal candidate has a proven history of leading teams, developing talent, and maintaining strong client relationships in a corporate, legal, hospitality, or professional services environment.

  • Position: Opensity Solutions Client Relations Supervisor
  • Location: Washington, DC 20006
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Client Relations Specialists and workplace services professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact.
  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and established service level agreements.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, providing timely resolutions.
  • Monitor daily operations across multiple service lines and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, staffing schedules, and operational documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading a team in a corporate office, law firm, hospitality, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee performance, coaching team members, and driving service excellence.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace technology platforms.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to delivering a five-star client experience.
