YOUR ROLE AS A Resident Relations Manager:
You will be the front liner when it comes to Resident experience and support. You will be responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc. Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.
