Location: Hybrid - Remote/Greensboro, NC
- Salary: $45,000 annually
- Position Summary: seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and communications
- Respond to client questions and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Conduct client check-ins and account reviews
- Support onboarding and account management activities
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and reporting
- Handle inside sales consisting of 1-5 seat deals only
-Handle 4-5 tradeshows year. maybe some upselling
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems
