About the Role
Our client, a global manufacturer of electrical connectivity, protection, and infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across a complex international organization. This role will focus on driving enterprise-wide programs, supporting Oracle ERP initiatives, and partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic digital solutions that improve operational performance.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive program management experience within a global manufacturing environment, a strong understanding of Oracle ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred), and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex systems integration and digital modernization efforts.
Job Description
As a Digital Program Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic digital programs and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, or integration projects, with a preference for Oracle Fusion experience.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, program plans, resource forecasts, and portfolio priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to align initiatives with long-term business goals.
  • Drive program governance activities, including financial planning, business reviews, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Lead systems integration initiatives across enterprise applications, business processes, and third-party solutions.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including release planning, program increment planning, and portfolio prioritization activities.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, vendors, and implementation partners to achieve program objectives.
  • Support business case development, capital expenditure planning, and value realization measurement.
  • Coach cross-functional teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, portfolio management, and performance metrics.
  • Lead global teams across multiple regions while ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale digital or technology initiatives.
  • 7+ years of experience leading Agile or Scaled Agile programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing Oracle ERP projects, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, or transformations.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP preferred; candidates with strong Oracle ERP backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Experience working within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Strong systems integration experience involving enterprise platforms and third-party technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps across multiple business functions.
  • Experience managing program budgets, resource planning, and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or transformation experience.
  • Experience with logistics, manufacturing execution systems (MES), product lifecycle management (PLM), automation, cloud, or SaaS platforms.
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML-driven programs and digital innovation initiatives.
  • PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience measuring business value, KPIs, and return on investment for enterprise technology initiatives.
