Mitigation Production Manager

As a new restoration project manager at SERVPRO of Augusta, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.
 
The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. As a valued SERVPRO®  employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews   
  • Create and Maintain Budgets based off scope of repairs and insure project come in on time and underbudget.
  • Pulls permits required by municipality. Contacts building department to discuss items unique to the project. 
  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
  • Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives  
  • Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times 
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates
 
Position Requirements
  • Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills
  • Experience in reconstruction/remolding preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Xactimate® experience a PLUS!
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
 
Pay Rate
Competitive salary based on experience plus Commission.
