Job description

Company Description Pro Quality Cleaning provides professional janitorial services and commercial cleaning solutions in South Central PA and Southeastern PA. We have three branch offices located in York, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; and Exton, PA.


Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in York, PA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This role includes managing and scheduling cleaning teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and monitoring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Regional Operations Manager will handle client communications, address service issues, and support contract adherence and service improvements. Daily responsibilities also include training and supervising staff, managing supplies and equipment, tracking operational performance, and collaborating with leadership on process enhancements and cost controls.


This position will oversee all three branch offices and travel between them as needed.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing operations or teams in janitorial services, facilities management, or commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Skills in scheduling, workforce planning, and day-to-day supervision of frontline staff, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, handle service requests and concerns, and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and proper use of cleaning products and equipment; commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlines across multiple sites.
  • Proficiency with basic office and scheduling software and comfort using digital tools to track performance and document operations.
  • Prior experience in a regional or multi-site management role is preferred; experience in the York, PA market or surrounding area is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit client locations; willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs require.


Compensation

  • $80,000 base salary.
  • Additional compensation through commissions and bonuses tied to upselling tag work and consumables.
  • $90,000 - $100,000 likely total compensation.
  • Health benefits and PTO provided.
