Customer/Client Care Manager - Healthcare Scheduling & Client Services

If you're an experienced scheduler, office coordinator, staffing coordinator, healthcare administrator, or customer service professional who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

BrightStar Care of Anchorage is looking for a full-time Customer Care Manager to join our Eagle River office.

This position is at the center of our daily operations. You'll work closely with our caregivers, clients, families, and clinical team to schedule care, keep communication flowing, and help ensure every client receives the exceptional service BrightStar Care is known for.

Some days you'll be coordinating schedules. Other days you'll be welcoming a new client, supporting a caregiver, updating documentation, or helping coordinate schedule changes. Every day brings something a little different, and that's one of the things our team enjoys most about this role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a stable, full-time position where they can grow over time.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Care Manager, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting both our clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive the care they need
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for client communication and customer service
  • Assist with new client intake, onboarding, and service coordination
  • Work closely with our Director of Nursing and office team
  • Help coordinate schedule changes and staffing needs throughout the day
  • Follow up with clients and caregivers to support quality care and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation and office records
  • Support a positive, collaborative office environment

 Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two or more years of experience in healthcare, staffing, scheduling, customer service, office administration, or a related field preferred
  • Home care, healthcare, or medical office experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
