Overview

This is a hybrid role, candidates must be within a commutable distance to Nashville, TN

We are seeking a technical Onboarding Specialist to assist in the implementation of push provisioning, enabling cardholders to instantly provision new payment credentials into mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). This role bridges the gap between the mobile application, card processor, and digital wallet token service providers (TSPs).

This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who operates with accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple internal and external partners and clients, can interpret semi-technical documentation, and is capable of following detailed written and verbal instructions while maintaining a strong focus on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Technical Onboarding: Guide the setup and configuration of push provisioning integrations for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate implementation and swift product adoption. Review technical documentation and validate configuration requirements across mobile applications, processors, and wallet providers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, client success) and external partners (issuers, processors, TSPs, mobile app providers) as necessary to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Operational Execution & System Navigation: Accurately enter, validate, and manage onboarding data across a variety of internal and external systems. Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and data integrity.

Process Optimization: Analyze onboarding workflows and recommend modifications to support continuous process improvement, scalability, and risk reduction. Document procedures and contribute to maintaining clear and organized knowledge resources (e.g., Confluence).

Client Support & Documentation Review: Read and interpret semi-technical documentation including implementation guides, and configuration requirements. Support clients by ensuring accurate and timely configuration of multiple systems. Support client needs and requests after project completion.

Qualifications

Operational Discipline & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, manage multiple onboarding efforts concurrently, and deliver accurate results with a high level of accountability.

Systems & Tools Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and Confluence. Ability to navigate and operate within multiple internal and external systems efficiently.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey operational processes and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable interpreting and following structured operational documentation and instructions, while thinking critically and adjusting in real time when situations require flexibility or clarification.

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role frequently involves viewing computer screens, reading detailed documentation, and entering data, which may require repetitive hand and finger movements and occasional eyestrain. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, bend, or lift office materials weighing up to 10 pounds. Limited travel may be required based on business or client needs.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

Benefits: Competitive pay rates and an inclusive, empowering and rewarding culture. Solid benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, FSA, HSA, Vacation and Holiday Pay, Tuition Reimbursement and 401(k) with a competitive company match percentage.
