Job description

At The Daily Wire, the Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution and success of advertising campaigns following the sale. Serving as the primary liaison between advertisers and internal teams, this role owns campaign planning, client communication, production coordination, execution, reporting, and performance optimization across Daily Wire's podcast, video, digital display, social, and sponsorship products.

As a key member of Revenue Operations, the Client Success Manager ensures campaigns launch seamlessly, deliver against client objectives, and create opportunities for renewals and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Production, and Marketing, the CSM delivers a consistent, high-quality advertiser experience while driving operational excellence throughout the post-sale lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns, from planning and execution through reporting and optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production, and Client Success to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and performance across podcast and digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop and deliver client-facing reports, insights, and campaign performance presentations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize results and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation using CRM, order management, and ad serving platforms.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and priorities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and on-time execution.
  • Support branded content and integrated sponsorship initiatives across podcast and digital media channels.
Experience & Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, podcast advertising, account management, campaign management, or client success.
  • Experience managing integrated advertising campaigns from planning through reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, podcast monetization, and branded content production.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), ad servers, and campaign management platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Megaphone, Google Ad Manager, YouTube, Podscribe, Veritone, Boostr, or similar advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of dynamic ad insertion (DAI), programmatic audio, and integrated sponsorship campaigns.
  • Experience creating client-facing performance reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Familiarity with conservative media and podcast advertising.
