Job Overview: This role is key in ensuring a seamless client experience across a range of financial services, including onboarding, loan processing, account maintenance, and compliance support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and bring a strong understanding of both high-net-worth private banking and retail lending services.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary operational liaison for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Providing administrative and client support to Private Banking Officers.
  • Assisting with client onboarding, including gathering KYC documentation and account/loan setup.
  • Processing financial transactions, including account transfers, wire transfers, loan disbursements, deposits, and investment instructions ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution during both normal business hours and after-hours operations.
  • Collaborating with Advisors, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Mortgage and Retail Banking teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and service.
  • Support the Director of Private Banking and Consumer Lending with various strategic and operational projects.
  • Analyzing and resolving complex client service matters by interpreting bank policies and procedures, recommending appropriate exceptions, solutions, and servicing strategies based on client needs while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.

Requirements for the position include:

  • 2+ years of experience in banking
  • Knowledge of banking products and consumer loan services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
