What You'll Do
As a Client Support Representative, you'll help ensure client cases remain accurate, current, and progressing through the disability process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the Social Security Administration (SSA). 
  •  Monitor and verify claim statuses to ensure timely case progression. 
  •  Review case records and identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential delays. 
  •  Investigate and resolve claim status issues through research and follow-up with appropriate parties. 
  •  Monitor important deadlines and prepare routine correspondence as needed. 
  •  Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case documentation within the firm's systems. 
  •  Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently. 
  •  Perform administrative and case support tasks to assist with overall case management operations. 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies regarding sensitive client information.
