Senior Client Manager - Commercial Lines
Job Summary
Seeking experienced Commercial Lines professionals to join a team as Senior Client Managers. These positions will begin as temporary assignments with the potential to transition into permanent roles based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong commercial insurance background and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding commercial insurance products, coverages, and service needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other servicing requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with coverage questions and policy-related inquiries.
  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
