We are seeking a Client Partner to drive the next phase of strategic growth and impact. This senior leader will be responsible for elevating and expanding relationships across a portfolio of high-value clients, serving as a trusted executive advisor who aligns Blend360's capabilities to each client's long-term business objectives. The Client Partner brings deep competency in AI strategy and transformation and has the executive presence and leadership acumen to guide both client executives and internal Blend360 leaders toward shared, sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and owns the account strategy, growth execution, and overarching P&L.
  • Identifies new business opportunities with existing client portfolio, pitches Blend360's services and capabilities successfully to achieve closed deals; this includes writing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Negotiates best possible pricing to achieve the most optimal value for the client.
  • Manages pipeline to include all leads, opportunities, notes and activities in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction.
  • Facilitates getting the right Blend360 talent, skills and offerings to the decision makers at the client.
  • Serves as a strategic AI and transformation advisor to client stakeholders, helping shape and guide AI strategy, data modernization, and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives aligned to client long-term goals.
  • Partners with and aligns internal Blend360 practice and capability leaders to orchestrate a cohesive, forward-looking approach to each client engagement, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term relationship health.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience and proven track record in client management or business development in data driven marketing, analytics or data services industry.
  • Deep fluency in AI strategy and digital transformation; experience advising executives on AI adoption, data modernization, or technology-enabled business change is strongly preferred. Relevant industry experience across travel & hospitality, retail, CPG and QSR is a plus; client-side experience in any applicable industry is viewed favorably.
  • Has the 'driver' gene and is proactive in developing new high-quality relationships across the client organization.
  • Ability to partner with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Passionate about impacting clients' results through data, analytics, AI and technology; energized by the opportunity to connect transformative innovation to measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven executive leadership experience with the ability to influence and align client C-suite and senior stakeholders as well as internal Blend360 leaders around long-term client objectives; a track record of guiding clients through complex transformations is highly valued.

The starting pay range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
