Job Description:

As a Client Engagement Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts across POLITICO's strategic and cross-platform solutions. You oversee the execution of campaigns and partnerships, serving as a key client contact and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience and successful outcomes.

A Client Engagement Manager:

  • Manages the holistic execution of strategic and cross-platform advertising campaigns (including digital advertising, brand content and live events), ensuring each program meets the client's and POLITICO's needs and expectations.

  • Project manages across client programs, including timeline oversight, deliverable coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners, managing day-to-day communication throughout the lifecycle of each campaign in collaboration with team leadership.

  • Partners with Advertising Operations to monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop progress updates and final performance reports for clients.

  • Anticipates and proactively resolves operational, client service, and execution challenges, balancing client needs with internal workflows, timelines, and business priorities.
