Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their personal insurance needs.
  • Provide advisory services and tailored solutions for both high-net-worth and standard personal lines clients.
  • Market, quote, and place personal lines policies, ensuring recommendations align with each client's goals and coverage requirements.
  • Analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals to ensure accuracy, adequate coverage, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for clients during claims, providing support and working with adjusters, underwriters, and providers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate pricing, manage renewals, and design package solutions that best fit client needs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients are offered the best options and remain well-informed.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contributing to team and organizational growth.
  • Assist in mentoring junior staff and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.
Qualifications
