Identify opportunities for improvement and drive accountability to service, process, and performance standards.Design and implement service standards, operating procedures, and best practices that promote consistency, efficiency, and exceptional client service.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and firm policies by proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing operational and client-related risks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.10+ years of experience within financial services, supporting ultra-high-net-worth advisors and clients.5+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing, client centric teams.Demonstrated experience in business management, risk oversight, and operational controls within a wealth management environment.Proven success leading, developing, and motivating high-performing, client-centric teams.Deep understanding of client onboarding, account maintenance, and client service operations.Strong ability to balance competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across all levels of an organization.Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% annually.Familiarity with Fidelity, Pershing, and/or Schwab custodian platforms preferred.Ability to quickly gain proficiency in Salesforce, Addepar, Power BI, and other business systems.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving organization.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, colleagues, vendors, and strategic partners.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.What We Offer:At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary is $175,000 - $250,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
