Small Group Implementation Lead

Why this role is important:
The Group Implementation Lead is responsible for partnering with the Implementation Manager(s) to ensure the smooth implementation of services for new group accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers. This position will also be responsible for the annual renewal process for small group accounts. You will work with internal and external teams to help drive deliverables, manage timelines and expectations.
What you'll do:
• Oversee the small group implementation process to ensure projects arecompleted on time and according to specifications.
• Perform and lead the setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to ensure proper functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day lead for executing vendor changes and strategic initiatives for small group accounts.
• Lead the development and execution of project plans and timelines, coordinating the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal management teams to ensure clarity of roles andresponsibilities across all parties.
• Create and share regular dashboards and status updates with management teams and executive leadership.
• Develop and track new group implementation and group renewal success measurementcriteria.
• Monitor all file feeds, forms and electronic communication with brokers and groups toensure receipt of all necessary documents.
• Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience,and time constraints.
• Lead interdepartmental teams to complete assigned projects on time, according to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Outline project tasks and delegate accordingly.
• Update and create all appropriate folders on shred drive.
• Maintain project timelines while remaining flexible to address unanticipated issues.
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
