The IT Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

โข maintaining the highest quality standards and aligning with strategic business objectives

Qualifications:
Required:
โข Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
โข Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
โข Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.
Preferred:
โข 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
โข PMP certification preferred.
โข Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
โข Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
