Senior Implementation Advisor

About your role:

As a Senior Implementation Advisor, you will manage conversion and implementation workstreams that support new client onboarding and portfolio migrations to Fiserv credit processing platforms. You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and external vendors across discovery, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. This role is important to delivering accurate, timely, and seamless client launches that support long-term operating success.

What you'll do:

  • Manage assigned conversion and implementation workstreams from initiation through delivery, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting
  • Partner with clients to define business needs, recommend implementation solutions, and align deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across the project lifecycle
  • Configure and customize products and services selected by the client to support accurate end-to-end integration with Fiserv processing systems
  • Participate in discovery, data specification review, software development coordination, system configuration, testing, project management, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate activities across clients, Fiserv teams, and third-party vendors to support successful onboarding of new clients and client partners
  • Deliver client-specific development requirements and support resolution of implementation issues through analysis, escalation, and coordination of appropriate resources
  • Prepare and deliver client-ready communications regarding project status, risks, decisions, and key milestones

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in project implementation, conversions, onboarding, or related delivery work, including managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple project phases
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to coordinate implementation activities and communicate project status
  • Experience using project delivery methods, implementation documentation, and status reporting tools to track milestones, issues, and risks
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in a client-facing implementation or conversion role within financial services
  • Knowledge of credit card issuing, processing platforms, and related products and services
  • Experience supporting platform conversions from in-house processors or third-party processors
  • Knowledge of Fiserv platforms, products, and services

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:

$57,000.00-$80,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
