The Site Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and compliant work environment at construction sites, industrial facilities, or other high-risk workplaces. This position is responsible for implementing safety protocols, assessing risks, and promoting a culture of safety among employees and contractors. Position Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular site inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety violations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinating safety training programs, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining records of safety activities and incidents.

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
