Position Description
This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of complex and large-scale construction projects. The Project Manager will provide strategic direction, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards. This role requires 3-5 years experience in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of highway heavy construction processes.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop project strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership and Management:
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Budget and Financial Management:

Quality Assurance and Safety:
