Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Typically, employees in this function are working towards or have achieved certification in project management. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. Make presentations to management regarding project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Ensure projects are completed on time and in scope. May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations. Incumbents may be part of a project management office (PMO) in their business. Project Management roles specific to a particular functional area should be assigned to that family where appropriate (e.g. IT Project Managers should be placed in the IT Family). *Employees in jobs labeled with 'SCA' must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
  • Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
  • Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
  • Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
  • Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans

The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role (internal/external)
  • 1+ years of experience with RxClaim to include all the following:
    • Ability to research claims
    • Understand and communicate plan structures
    • Understand and communicate accumulator set ups
  • 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word (creating / updating documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating / updating spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, and formulas)
  • Ability to work peak time, November through February, with restricted PTO
  • 0-10% travel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry
  • Experience with implementation and/or managing pharmacy benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
