Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel valued and integrated from their very first interaction with us. Your role will be instrumental in creating incredible experiences for our clients at The Guild.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
  • Receive and manage incoming leads via email and phone.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to schedule sales appointments.
  • CRM Management:
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM.
  • Track client interactions for effective future follow-ups.
  • Client Support:
  • Handle inquiries from existing clients, providing personalized attention to their project needs.
  • Address any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
  • Experience Enhancement:
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for clients throughout their journey with The Guild.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a seamless process and ongoing support.
