We partner with clients to deliver disciplined investment advice, thoughtful governance support, and clear communication in service of long-term charitable impact.

We are seeking an Institutional Client Advisor to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, represent the Firm publicly, and serve as a trusted advisor to our institutional clients. This is a senior, visible role responsible for stewarding deep relationships with investment committees, boards, and executive leadership, while helping strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, capital-markets-driven, and brings both strong technical investment expertise and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with investment committees, boards of directors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, deliverables, and outcomes based on client feedback.
  • Analyze client financial situations and assist in developing and updating Investment Policy Statements aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and spending policies.
  • Partner with the Investment Team to implement investment strategies across client portfolios.
  • Lead quarterly performance reporting and portfolio review meetings, translating complex investment data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively across topics including capital markets, asset allocation, alternative investments, performance metrics, and the Firm's proprietary strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver polished presentations, committee materials, and proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and portfolio management systems, with personal accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Support firm growth by identifying referral opportunities, participating in prospect meetings, and contributing to proposal and RFP efforts.
  • Foster open communication across departments to support a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Ensure all advisory activities are in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Series 65
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Alignment with our core values: integrity, excellence, discipline, and continual improvement
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, performance analysis, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency with portfolio analysis and reporting tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Preferred:
  • CFA® or CIMA® designation (or in progress)
Benefits:
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching
  • 15 days of paid time off (PTO), accrued annually
  • Stock exchange holidays observed
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Access to a concierge doctor
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence the Firm's direction
  • Relationship-driven work with mission-oriented clients
  • Bonus structure based on performance and Firm growth

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000
  • Additional compensation: bonus structure based on performance and Firm growth
