Roles et Responsabilites du Coordonnateur de l'Experience Client et de l'Education :

Relevant directement du Directeur de l'Experience Client et Employe, le role de cette personne est d'assurer la coherence et la qualite de toutes les activites liees a l'experience et a l'education des clients au sein de l'entreprise.

  • Superviser les fermes urbaines installees dans les ecoles
  • Organiser des ateliers, des kiosques et des visites de sites pour MicroHabitat a Montreal
  • Former les employes a la realisation d'ateliers, de kiosques et de visites de sites dans d'autres villes
  • Participer au processus de demande de subventions et bourses
  • Optimiser et creer de nouveaux contenus d'ateliers
  • Produire et gerer la distribution des cadeaux d'entreprise a Montreal
  • Travailler avec le Coordonnateur Marketing pour organiser et preparer tout le materiel, le branding et la signaletique pour toutes les villes, y compris la signalisation des vehicules et des kiosques
  • Proposer des idees pour le developpement de cadeaux d'entreprise
  • Aider a la traduction des communications de l'anglais vers le francais si necessaire

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute break (high season)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute break (low season)

Roles and Responsibilities of the Client Experience & Education Coordinator:

Directly reporting to the Director of Client and Employee Experience, the role of this individual is to ensure consistency and quality in all client experience and education activities across the company.

  • Oversee urban farms installed in schools
  • Organize workshops, kiosks, and site visits for MicroHabitat in Montreal
  • Train employees on how to conduct workshops, kiosks, and site visits in other cities
  • Participate in the application process for grants and bursaries
  • Optimize and create new workshop content
  • Produce and manage the distribution of corporate gifts in Montreal
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to organize and prepare all materials, branding, and signage for all cities. This includes vehicle and kiosk signage.
  • Brainstorm ideas for corporate gift development
  • Assist with communication translation from English to French as needed

Reporting Structure:
The Client Experience & Education Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Client and Employee Experience and the Chief Urban Farmer of their city.
