They serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and their expectations are managed throughout the business relationship. Their duties often include onboarding new clients, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and working with internal teams to deliver quality service. By fostering loyalty and satisfaction, Client Engagement Managers aim to maximize client retention and support business growth.
