Job description

The Manager of Professional Development & Engagement will be responsible for shaping how our US attorneys and business services professionals grow, lead and thrive within a global law firm. This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful professional development programs and performance evaluation processes while overseeing engagement and retention programs across the US. The role partners closely with US Firm leadership, practice group leaders, and HR colleagues as well as global counterparts to ensure alignment with firmwide strategy and US specific goals. Key initiatives will include;

5+ years of experience in professional development and learning & development in a law firm along with a strong understanding of the attorney career lifecycle, experience designing multi-office training programs and working knowledge of DEI and responsible business practices is required. At least 3 years of managerial experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree required, JD highly preferred. Salary range: $120,000-$145,000 depending on experience. This is a hybrid role and can be based out of our New Jersey, New York, Miami or Philadelphia locations.
