Eden Rose is working with a nationally recognized Top 20 law firm that is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate practice in SF/Palo Alto


The firm advises leading private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex M&A transactions from inception through closing
  • Draft, negotiate, and review acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
  • Structure transactions to align with client commercial and regulatory objectives
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across tax, finance, employment, and regulatory practices
  • Conduct and oversee legal due diligence and risk assessments
  • Advise boards, sponsors, and executives on strategic transactional matters
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates


Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar Association
  • 2+ years of experience in M&A at a leading law firm
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Experience handling middle-market and large-cap transactions
