Business Development Manager Staffing & Workforce Solutions (Balch Springs, TX and Garland, TX)Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding market presence through consultative, solution-based selling.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience in outside sales, business development, or account management who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new, active, and inactive accounts
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow a minimum of 30 target accounts
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and workforce solution presentations

Account Management & Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Market Development & Networking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen sales strategies and execution
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales or business development experience
