Job description

ImagineX is a tech company that deploys AI-assisted teams to build and secure mission-critical enterprise solutions with our clients - spanning software, data, and AI. Structured like a software company, not a traditional consultancy, we blend deep technical expertise with authentic values, achieving world-class satisfaction (NPS 91). Our dedicated teams specialize in software, data, and AI across the U.S. and LATAM, bridging the gap between boutique agility and enterprise scale.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Delivery & Account Leader to serve as our onsite anchor in Columbus, Ohio. This role demands a unique combination of delivery operations excellence, robust technical project leadership, and a proven track record of consultative client growth.
You will embed directly with our client to oversee large-scale cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes project execution, and proactively uncover new opportunities to expand our partnership footprint. If you have a background in scaling massive accounts while ensuring flawless project delivery, this role offers the autonomy to own a premier account's destiny.
This is a full-time, Columbus, OH-based positions that require onsite visits with the client 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities
1. Account Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Partner with client executives to identify pain points, architect creative solutions, and organically scale the partnership year-over-year.
  • Opportunity & Pipeline Management: Lead the entire opportunity lifecycle including discovery, quote management, scope definition, and financial margin analysis.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Management: Build trusted-advisor relationships across multi-disciplinary client teams to break down communication silos and navigate complex consulting problems.
2. Delivery & Project Management
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Direct and manage large-scale onsite teams (including software engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists) deployed across multiple client workstreams.
  • Agile Project Strategy: Act as an expert Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner, defining metrics (KPIs/velocity) and implementing agile processes to guarantee successful releases.
  • Financial & Risk Oversight: Oversee diverse project budgets ranging up to $3M+, managing timelines, scope, resource planning, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Operational Reporting: Build comprehensive dashboard reporting and margin analysis tools to provide clear visibility to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of blended experience in IT Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, and Account Management. A background leading consulting or digital product delivery teams is highly preferred.
  • Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in doubling client partnerships (100% YoY growth) and managing massive multi-team, multi-project accounts.
  • Methodology Expertise: Deep mastery of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and modern tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, SharePoint).
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong capability in Microsoft Excel for tracking team velocity, project KPIs, budget allocations, and margin analyses.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a closely related field.
  • Location: Must be based in Columbus, Ohio for full-time onsite immersion with the client.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary with executive incentive bonuses tied directly to account retention and organic revenue growth.
  • Comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness benefits.
  • High-impact visibility within the organization, steering one of our most vital client partnerships.
