Farrellโ€™s has an energy like no other fitness facility. Itโ€™s a community and close-knit; when members walk into an Farrell's studio, they feel like theyโ€™re coming home. Our workouts in conjunction with our nutrition program set our members up for success.

Weโ€™ll take into consideration prior leadership and management experience. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus.

As an Farrell's Client Success Sales Associate, you can expect to perform the following duties:

ยทSell Memberships, gear and supplements

ยท Create a positive and inclusive environment, fostering a sense of community.

ยท Champion hospitality standards, ensuring exceptional service to both members and staff.

ยท Inspire and lead students to uphold high standards and core values.

Leading shift operations:

ยท Ensure timely opening and closing of the studio.

ยท Set up the studio equipment for daily workouts.

ยท Greet members and guests promptly and make them feel welcome.

ยท Check members into the system.

ยท Handle telephone and email correspondences.

ยท Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.

ยท Managing member and staff concerns throughout the shift.

ยท Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked facility.

ยท Thoroughly follow daily cleaning process.

ยท Maintain accurate and detailed records for shift reports and sales processes.

Sales/Marketing:

ยท Promote studio retail products and merchandise.

ยท Meet or exceed studio targets for revenue, net new members, lead generation and retention.

ยท Become an expert with the studioโ€™s sales process.

ยท Promptly respond to inquiries and book studio appointments.

ยท Successfully convert prospects into new members.

ยท Assist Studio Owner or Manager in planning and executing lead generation activities and staffing promotional events.

Schedule:

ยท Part Time, Monday - Thursday 4pm-7pm

Compensation & Benefits

ยท $15-$20/hour with commission and bonus incentives (no cap)
