Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicianย  ( for weekends) to join our ABA team! This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Youโ€™ll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.
What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Must enjoy working with kids โ€” daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.
  • Positive, patient, and coachable โ€” able to take direction and apply feedback.
  • Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.
  • Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high schoolโ€“only applicants).
  • Reliable and consistent โ€” this role requires working weekends.
  • RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.
  • Collect accurate data during each session.
  • Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.
  • Follow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication.
  • Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.
  • Assist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.
