Job Summary The Client Relations Analyst is responsible for researching and responding to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines. This role collaborates with business partners, including field teams, operations staff, and management, to investigate, escalate, and resolve client-related issues. The position also supports various Client Relations operational functions, maintains strong relationships with internal teams, and provides professional client-facing phone support in a hybrid work environment requiring in-office attendance three days per week. Key Responsibilities Research and respond to operational client complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Collaborate with business partners, including field staff, operations teams, and management, to escalate and resolve complaint-related issues. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines. Manage workload effectively while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self-motivation. Provide coverage for client-facing telephone lines and handle incoming calls at least one day per week. Deliver professional and client-focused phone support while addressing customer inquiries. Support operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on complaint resolution activities. Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and employees across all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications Excellent grammar and composition skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective follow-up abilities.
