This is a salaried position with a guaranteed monthly draw of $4,400, paid semi-monthly as an advance against future earned commissions. Commission plans and structures are outlined in a written agreement provided upon offer of employment, as required by California law. This position is designated in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary once training is complete.
