Position Overview:

The Client Relations / Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, including organizations and individuals. This role includes monitoringonline marketplaces and managing administrative accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drivesales.
  • Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for clientengagement and business development.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, market trends, and accountperformance.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
