About The Role

It’s an exciting time to join our Global Client Accounts team as a Client Account Specialist! In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and their clients on matters related to billing, e‑billing, and collections.

  • Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e‑bills, and perform specific billing and e‑billing tasks and projects.
  • Manage quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyze special billing arrangements.
  • Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist systems team with upgrades and testing.
  • May directly support assigned billing attorneys in full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management.
About You
  • Minimum of two years in law firm or professional services billing. Large law firm experience preferred.
  • Strong financial systems skills. (Elite 3E, eBillingHub).
  • Experience working with multi‑currency bills a plus.
  • Ability to understand and analyze billing information and historical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the Firm.
