Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, delivering exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with Excel, is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in collaborative environments. This role involves serving our clients with dedication and ensuring their needs are met through effective account management and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations and maintain strong communication channels
  • Oversee account management and ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client services
  • Organize documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Use advanced Excel analytics, presentation, and project management tools
  • Engage in occasional travel and direct team reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client account management

Preferred Qualifications

Company Description

FPR is a full contingency based financial operations consulting firm that focuses on cost savings initiatives and improving operational efficiencies for mid-sized companies. We audit companies current operating costs and procedures and show them how to capture savings while adding white glove service. We recently partnered with a Fortune 200 company and need help supporting this new client and rolling out our services for them over the next 12 to 24 months. After the initial on ramping period, we need someone to work with our client as new opportunities present themselves. You do NOT have to sell anything. You will work with our team to support this clients needs. You will have opportunities to work with some of our other clients / prospects, but you main focus will be on this one account. We are looking for someone that works well with others, is very detailed oriented, will do some data entry work with this client, and must have a servants heart.
