Role summary / purpose

The Client Support Analyst serves as a critical post-deal liaison between the organization, Brokers, and the Sales Team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. You will be the primary point of contact for brokers and sales representatives navigating post-deal inquiries and acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit
  • Resolve post-deal inquiries including commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, billing resolutions, early drop notifications, and market change communications
  • Support Channel Partners and Sales Team by navigating operational challenges across deregulated markets
  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making
  • Develop reports and recommendations that help optimize project execution and resource allocation
  • Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis
  • Engage proactively in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain consistent communication with leadership on deliverables and status updates
  • Manage multiple priorities while adhering to SLAs
Requirements – education & experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis, data management, process improvement, or related field
