So, Here's What You'll Do: You'll use your gift of connecting with and motivating people to develop and manage client relationships. You'll turn on your "listening ears" that you found in Kindergarten and use the knowledge you gain to develop a holistic vision of the customer, help the company develop new products, services and support tools and advance our ability to develop, retain and support customers. You'll use your computer skills and your experience as an end user to help clients work through technical issues, and you'll support program users (the poor guy having to take a major test) during peak testing times.
