As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, guiding projects from quote to delivery while partnering with our engineering and production teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our internal Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
  • Proactively communicate order status, delivery updates, and solutions to customer concerns.
  • Resolve issues quickly through problem-solving and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communications.
  • Represent Decimal during customer visits, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
Requirements:What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
