About This Opportunity
InComm InCentives is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager I to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting client relationships, driving operational excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Account Manager I will work closely with the Account Management team to support day-to-day account operations, client communications, reporting, project coordination, and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of key accounts.
While the primary focus is supporting strategic accounts and team initiatives, the Account Manager I will also manage a small portfolio of accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and enjoys collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This position is fully remote, with travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Account Management team across a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day support for an assigned set of client accounts.
  • Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business reviews, and other client-facing materials.
  • Track account performance, deliverables, project milestones, and key initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Support implementation activities, product launches, catalog updates, and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support strategic projects and special assignments as directed by leadership.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated proactivity and responsiveness to internal and external requests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • eCommerce, incentives, gift card, fintech, or technology industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new products, technologies, and business processes quickly.
