A local government agency is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistants to provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations.
Duties

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Scan, organize, and electronically file documents
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Copy, print, and prepare documents for internal and external distribution
  • Prepare outbound mail and shipping packages
  • Perform light data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with general office support and administrative tasks as assigned
