Director of U.S. Intelligence Community Enterprise Sales

Location: Washington DC metro area/Hybrid
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute an IC territory and account strategy resulting in enterprise-level deals with various agencies within the US Intelligence community
  • Develop a multi-pronged enterprise sales plan incorporating the support of Federal consultants/lobbyists
  • Be able to confidently present the company and products to senior executives and respectfully and effectively navigate common questions and objections
  • Establish valuable relationships with key customer POCs, strategic partners, systems integrators, and resellers, and expect to meet face to face often
  • Manage a portfolio of Federal contract vehicles, directly and through partners
  • Intimately understand the enterprise software procurement process for the IC including knowledge of applicable Federal regulations and accreditation requirements
  • Be able to negotiate favorable pricing and legal terms on customer contracts within the framework established by the management team
  • Accurately manage and forecast a sales pipeline
  • Represent Clearview AI in a professional manner, maintaining credibility with customers in the US Intelligence Community

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5+ years of field sales experience to the U.S. Intelligence Community.
  • You have either served within the U.S. IC or have successfully sold directly to them
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. IC, its organization and its budgeting and acquisition processes
  • Experience finding and closing software deals >$1M in ARR within the Intelligence Community
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Federal enterprise sales campaigns
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Current TS-SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.

The compensation for this position consists of a base salary (range: $120,000 - $150,000), plus On-Target Commission which will be based on ARR bookings, and participation in our stock equity plan. This estimated salary represents the typical starting rate of candidates hired in a similar role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include relevant experience, skills, and your remote work location.
