Your Mission
As Financial Center Manager, you lead the financial center's performance, culture, and results. You align sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional member experiences while developing your team and strengthening Clearview's presence in the community.
What You'll Do
Lead Financial Center Performance
  • Drive financial center sales and growth by executing strategies aligned with credit union goals and local market opportunities.
  • Lead a consultative sales culture and build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and small businesses to generate new opportunities.

Develop and Lead Your Team
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and member success.
  • Coach employees using performance metrics, feedback, and development planning to strengthen results and support career growth.

Ensure Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily financial center operations including security procedures, cash management, and audits.
  • Partner with Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure policies, procedures, and controls are followed.

Strengthen Community and Member Relationships
  • Represent Clearview in the community and build relationships that drive growth and member engagement.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged culture and use member feedback to continuously improve the financial center experience.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team or consistently achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Ability to balance risk management, financial performance, and exceptional member experience.
  • Strong business development mindset with experience building partnerships across teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Monday - Thursday: 9am- 6pm
Friday: 9am- 6pm
