ClearPath Connections is a Pewaukee-based technology solutions provider that puts relationships and character at the heart of its brand. We design, install and service systems and products that are critical to the safety and security of seniors, healthcare, and multifamily organizations. We are looking to add a high-character, customer-focused team member to our Technician Team to serve our growing list of customers in the senior living and multi-family marketplace. ClearPath Connections is a part of the Dealers Wholesale team of companies.

Job Summary

This role will involve installing and servicing nurse call, access control, wander management, overhead paging, video surveillance and other systems. We are willing to train the technical knowledge to the right person. As a technician on our team, you'll play a key role in the delivering a high-quality experience for our new and current relationships as the company's base of existing customers continues to grow. As you develop your knowledge in the communications, security and life safety solutions industry, your success will directly impact the care, safety and staff efficiency of organizations in the industry.

Required Experience/ Skills

  • Self-motivated, driven by excellence, with a service minded mentality
  • Willingness to travel out of state and stay overnight as required by project
  • Comfort with ladder and lift work
  • Experience with hand tools and multimeter
  • On call for afterhours service for up to a week with call pay
  • A positive attitude
  • A valid driver's license and personal car insurance

Preferred Experience/ Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools is valuable
  • Telecommunications knowledge is a plus
  • Technical installing experience a plus
