You will have access to administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients’ well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities suitable for promoting personal growth, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Set and monitor clear therapeutic goals, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients unable to attend in-person appointments.
• Uphold ethical standards by maintaining precise and confidential documentation of client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and stay informed of best practices within the field.

Our client base consists of individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and client records.

While a Bachelor's Degree is required, candidates with a Master’s or higher degree and experience in providing therapy to various populations will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
