• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with clients and colleagues and to foster a collaborative work environment.
• A genuine sense of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude to effectively support diverse clients through their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads effectively while adhering to deadlines and administrative requirements.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, ensuring ethical practice and client trust.

• Experience in telehealth services, demonstrating familiarity with online platforms that facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
• Skills in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Prior work in a similar setting focusing on adult mental health issues is a plus, enriching your understanding of client needs and effective interventions.
