Service Building Maintenance, Inc. is a full service cleaning/restoration contractor that is continuously seeking qualified candidates for employment. SBM has been in business for over 36 years.

We are looking to hire multiple window cleaner applicants. Window Cleaner position applicants must be over 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a car or truck for use daily for work. Gas reimbursement weekly. Health Insurance available (after 90 days)
  • Experienced high rise workers rate of pay up to $20.00 plus per hour depending upon experience, plus overtime time and a half for over 40 hours.
  • Starting Rate of pay is $18.00 per hour without experience, overtime time and a half for over 40 hours.
  • Paid on the job training is provided, no experience is necessary
  • For this Specialty Maintenance job you must be able to lift a five gallon bucket throughout the day.
  • Must be able to carry and climb ladders. Work may include working outside during the summer months.
  • Some of the job sites may require security clearance. This is a full time job and the start time is 7am daily
  • Additional opportunities to work on Saturdays is required during peak months. Overtime paid for over 40 hours a week
  • Must have car or truck for daily use, all window cleaning equipment is supplied by SBM
